Free and paid plans
MonitorCat offers a free plan and a monthly Pro subscription. Pro renews each month until you cancel it.
Cancelling Pro
You can cancel a Pro subscription from your account settings. Your Pro access remains available until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not normally refund the current billing period.
Cooling-off rights
If you purchase Pro as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to provide Pro immediately, the law may allow us to deduct a proportionate amount for service already provided. Contact us if you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
Other refund requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or the paid service did not work as described, contact us using the email address associated with your account and include the charge date. We will review your request and respond directly. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
